• Responsible for E2E delivery of proposed IN Consolidation solution with customer.• Customer engagement for Major Deliverables, Project Activities and supporting different phases in project from Design, Project Execution, SIT, UAT and Deployment in production.• In-depth understanding and strong acquaintance of Organisational processes pertaining to Solutioning, Delivery and Customer Change Management processes. • Liaising with cross-functional teams including internal as well as external customer and third-party teams & Task alignment for seamless delivery of solution within stipulated time and budget.• Liaising and co-ordination with third party vendors for Integration, Testing and Delivering customised solution.

• Provide subject matter expertise and manage pre-sales activities for Next Generation BSS (products and services). • Providing Digital Transformation approach and solution which helps service providers to transform from CSP to DSP.• Support Sales teams to understand customer technical and process requirements and assist in the qualification of prospect.• Participate in the pre-sales activities and providing responses to RFx as required.• Provide customer facing support including customer presentations, Bid defence Presentations, product demonstrations, proof of concepts etc.• Attend client meetings for technical clarifications and presentations• Scope identification and requirements elicitation via meetings, interview, interface analysis, feedback session etc.• Develop a solution strategy in conjunction with BSS Business & Product Units, Customer Account and Delivery teams. The strategy will include the agreement with all stakeholders, the portfolio push and how this can be implemented.• Preparation of detailed technical proposal comprising system architecture for proposed solution.• Preparation of Scope of Work, Statement of Compliance and Software and Hardware Bill of Quantities (BoQs).• Liaising with delivery team for Scope of Work and efforts agreement. • Coordinating with other teams like Bid Management, Marketing, Procurement, & managing partners etc. as required.
