Built and led cross functional multi-cultural project and construction management team responsible implementation of Canadian facilities and managed key project interfaces with legal, regulatory, operations, Indigenous relations, business development team and commissioning. Select Accomplishments• Led and Managed multiple prime contractors, completed construction of multiple pump station facilities without any safety or environmental incident while implementing rigorous COVID-19 mitigation. Finished the construction and transitioned the sites to commissioning team 6 weeks ahead of the schedule and under the approved budget.• Developed and implemented program management systems across multiple sites, including Management of Change process (MOC), Request for Information system (RFI), Design Change Notice process (DCN), Change Order process, construction inspection reports and check lists resulting in consistent reporting, clear expectations, accurate regulatory reporting and mitigation of risk. • Built and motivated a high performing multi-cultural team from the bottom up, including development of the organizational structure, role deliverables, skill assessments, and resource allocation, resulting in reliable execution of program deliverables.• Managed and engaged internal (Indigenous and community relations, system design, business development, environmental, regulatory, operations, commissioning etc.) as well as external stakeholders (engineering contractors, equipment vendors, land owners, construction contractors across Canada.) resulted in very high level of collaboration, clear communications and effective trouble shooting.

Led project and construction management team for compressor station (30MW) expansion project. Developed and implemented project and construction execution plan including construction contractor selection (RFP & bid evaluation), fabrication and field construction planning, project controls and procurement strategy for new modularized compression station. Select Accomplishments• Led prime contractor selection process including development of RFP, pricing sheet, bid evaluation and award for construction and fabrication.• Led project development and implementation of overall project schedule, field construction and fabrication planning, development of progress reporting, financial forecasting, regulatory compliance matrix and risk management for multiple facilities, resulting in robust and well-defined implementation scope, ‘fit for purpose’ project control system, clear quality and safety expectations and effective Management of Change process (MOC).• Developed comprehensive processes, a strong understanding of roles and responsibilities amongst team members, and a consistent reporting framework, resulting in clear communication with leaders impacted by the program as well as the removal of barriers to create agency within the team.

Built and led project and engineering management team to develop $3.75Bn program of designing and siting more than 68 pump stations across Canada from Alberta to New Brunswick. Facilitated collaboration among internal stakeholders, external engineering contractors and numerous local and provincial government bodies to develop technical solutions consistent with project, operation, regulatory, constructability and organizational objective.Select Accomplishments• Led multi-disciplinary team responsible for the development of facility design. Managed engineering contractors and delivered complex FEED and detailed design package including PEP, estimate, DBM, IFC drawing and scope work packages (RFP) which resulted in clearly defined construction scope and facilitated lump sum contracting strategy.• Developed and executed effective strategies for major equipment and EPCM contracts; worked collaboratively with SCM, vendors and EPCM contractors to finalize the agreements resulting in mitigation of internal commercial risks as well as ensuring external stakeholder support for the project.• Developed program technical messaging and participated in engagement with local and indigenous communities, government, and industry stakeholders, communicating effectively through open houses, meetings with government, and industry forums. This resulted in a clear understanding of the program’s impacts and, in some cases, transition of stakeholders from adversary to advocate.• Developed and implemented ‘Templating Philosophy – Design Once Build Many’ for new pump station and compressor station design resulted in 15% reduction in field construction duration and 30% reduction in construction cost.

Led multi-disciplinary team responsible for FEED as well as detail design of SAGD field as well as central processing facilities (CPF).Select Accomplishments• Engineering – developed standardized well pad design for multiple field facilities. Delivered CPF’s detail designed based on constructability and modularization strategy.• Technical Innovation - led development of ‘Zero Liquid Discharge’ (ZLD) strategy for SAGD plant resulting in unique steam generation and water treatment design that met project commitments and mitigated environmental risks. • Equipment Selection and Specifications – led team of engineers responsible for selection, specification and engineering of various high value and specially designed mechanical equipment for CPF and well pads. Also developed financial model to evaluate different evaporator (water treatment) and steam generation technologies.

Responsible for the selection, sizing and specifying of all major equipment. Also involved in the development of various specifications, engineering studies, PFDs, P&ID, plot plan, detailed cost estimate and annual operating cost estimate for upstream oil facilities.
