In the RiseUp Community I am working as the front end developer.

In this Job I have gain valuable experience related to customer’s services. As a Network Engineer I come across different kinds of problems related to software, Networking and hardware. My role in this job was to identifying root cause and solve that issue with minimal time so customers cannot face delays in this work. Apart from that, I have to check all the equipment on daily basis to ensure that all things can working properly.Sometime I have to guide customers how to operate new systems and web platforms.In addition to that I have make sure all IT rules and regulations can be followed by customers so any unwanted data breach cannot interrupt services.Some time I come across complicated situations where I can’t identify issue on single handed at that kind of time I have to reporting different team by generating tickets so they can help me to solve issue.I had to make Daily reports related to assets and issues and how much work I had done to my Team leader and informed them regarding all day activities which I performed.
