I work as a Talent Acquisition Partner with key stakeholders in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources & the business to drive talent delivery goals of their assigned business units, in this case as the lead Talent Partner focused (but not limited to) supporting the hiring growth of the go to market teams including sales, business development, product and offerings and marketing teams. As a member of EC Council’s Strategic HR team, I will partner as a trusted advisor to EC Council’s teams to identify and hire top tier talent around the world. In addition to current hiring plans, I will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline to support future hiring plans and work on talent branding initiatives to help ensure EC Council stands out as an employer of choice.

Interacting with the HRs and hiring managers on daily basis and coordinating with our teams in Bangalore and Chennai for all open positions.Sourcing when required.Responsible for submissions of CVs received from the internal team and processing to the respective HRs/ hiring managersGetting feedback on timely basis and coordinating on schedules with internal team.Working closely with the branch heads & recruitment team to process payroll and attendance and handle the entire process.Responsible for doing the background verification of the candidates and releasing the offer to the candidate and taking care of all the joining formalities.Keeping a track of all joining formalities.
