Primary 2 activities, conducting trainings and consulting.As a trainer I conduct a variety of trainings.Training for fresh graduates ( mostly B.E.Mech/Electrical/Electronics/E&TC/IT ) and laterals ( upto 6-7 years experience )Training subjects / areas are 1) Interview Skills, Body Language, Group Discussion, Presentation Skills, 5S, 5W2H, Time Management, Basic Communication Skills, Kaizen. These trainings are done using presentation, demos and individual and team games / activities ( a few have a psychological base ) and2) Basics of ERP, Basic domain knowledge in Discrete Manufacturing Industry, Quality, Testing, Problem Solving, Communication skills, Project Management.These iInclude role playing exercises for candidates.Recently conducted trainings ( New addition ).For fresh graduates, employees and professionals and general public about Basics of Personal Finance ( How To Be financially Independent ). Basic Personal Finance : A Simple, Effective way to be wealthy and be financially independent. An interactive workshop, with a actual illustrations and scenarios using MS-Excel. For all young people, who have started earning and are between 20 to 35 years. Conducted a few workshops and interactive sessions for a group of 8 to 15 people. Very positive feedback.Consulting in following 2 areas.1) IT system design, development and implementation and2) 5S system implementations and conducting regular audits. This is done for 2 diverse organizations, manufacturing company and service apartments i.e. hospitality company.I have also done guidance in set up of Training Management Processes for small training institutes.

Project Co-ordinator. Management and Tracking of SLAs for Development and Support operations. Data maintenance for new development and modifications ( based on IT Requests ), support ( based on Problem Tickets ). Preparation and maintenance of MMR ( Monthly Management Reporting ).

Worked on setting up the training program for fresh recruits for Oracle D2K, Java, VC++, .Net.Aim was to help fresh recruits be productive and billable faster and reduce their bench time. Cost saving and value addition positions. Enhanced the training delivery and testing methods. Good results were seen.

I worked as a consultant for NextGen Technologies serving their client Cummins India Ltd.Managed bolt-on systems with Oracle Apps ERP in the area of Costing ( Purchase History, Inventory Valuation, Consumption Valuation etc ) with the help of developers. Main responsibilities of client interfacing, development / maintenance / testing.
