I have had the privilege of serving as a Director in our family-owned company since 2010, where I've played a pivotal role in various transformative endeavors. One of the most significant milestones was my involvement in the merger of Shalimar Paints Company with Nerolac Paints of India, where I meticulously managed the documentation process to ensure a seamless transition.Afterwards, I embarked on a new educational journey, pursuing my Master's degree in the UK. Upon my return, I took charge of Shalimar Homes, a real estate project in Birgunj, Nepal, which had been stalled for several years. Over the next four years, I faced numerous challenges, including navigating the aftermath of a devastating earthquake in Nepal, managing through the Nepal-India border blockade, and addressing various economic and political crises. Despite these hurdles, I successfully revived and completed the Shalimar Homes project.Organizational Transformation: Continuously working on reshaping our organization, transitioning it from traditional practices to modern and efficient systems.Diversified Ventures: Ventured into trading construction chemicals, importing high-quality products from Dura Build in India, a renowned company known for its excellence in product quality.As I look towards the future, I'm excited to embark on a new chapter in my professional journey. Starting from the year 2024, my focus will shift towards exporting exceptional quality products from Nepal to global markets. This endeavor will allow me to explore and showcase the hidden treasures of Nepal, sharing its unique offerings with the world. Nepal has an abundance of untapped potential, and I am eager to contribute to its growth while expanding our business on the international stage.
