Of assembly line.• Leads to shift associates & guides them for trouble shooting on equipment's, Improve their skills.• Maintains PLC, HMI, VFD s & PC based machines Backups systematically.• Diagnostic & trouble shooting of PLC & PC based machines, Networks, HMIs & VFDs• Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Filling machines, Brake, AC, PS, Coolant etc.• Hands on experience of Trouble shooting of Allen Bradly PLC (Logix 5000), SIEMENS PLC HMI, VFDs, PC based systems• Good Knowledge of implementation with statutory checks & requirements as per the factory act.• Make maintenance SOS for all the equipment's PM & their SOPs• Communication & Networking-SCADA, Optical Fiber, Ethernet, RS-232, RS-485, Device-net, Wireless (HF,Wi-Fi etc.)• Power Supply Management -Quality analysis of input power supply, energy conservation & harmonic analysis.• Had a lead a team for health checkup of PROFIBUS communication system to avoid Communication Failure & to increase MTBF of Assembly Line & testing Conveyor.• Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic circuit diagrams.
