Collaborating with AGM, Sales Team, Purchase Team, Logistics & Maintenance Team for monthly production planning and ensuring production schedules corresponds with production planning  Reviewing shortages in raw material/additives/packaging material with Purchase head & HOD stores  Rescheduling production in case of delays and communicating with Sales Manager & Purchase Manager  Notifying weekly production schedule to Production & Maintenance Department  Formulating strategies for minimizing waste & boosting productivity and ensuring optimum utilization of machine & manpower  Analyzing non-conformities raised by HACCP/QA in process and implement corrective actions  Gathering feedback from Sr. Manager – QA & HACCP and PDM on non-conformance to product specification of prior production and implementing corrective action on quarantine material  Assessing reuse, wastage record, raw & packaging material record  Encouraging healthy competition among team members, enhancing communication within the team and other departments, and resolving conflicts amongst team members  Adopting safety regulations at the plant and participating in safety meetings  Determining training requirements, making prompt arrangements for training, and informing management of the staff's performance following the training and any areas in need of improvement
