Roles and responsibilities 1. Creating and implementing company growth strategy, developing new business relations.2 To ensure the Company is appropriately organized and staffed and tohave the authority to hire and terminate staff as necessary to enable itto achieve the approved strategy;3. My core role was to attract clients in a new start-up, built trust and provide them quality work in the given time frame. To meet all the expectation of clients and work towards their satisfaction.I started my business development carrier from this firm and while working i realised i am very good at it. i also understand client physiology to a great extent.
