In my profile as COO I'm worked with Cooperative banks and Cooperative Societies in building their loan book, training them on lending products and services, providing end to end services in Microfinance, MSME & Agri Loan and other product development like Gold Loan, based in Aurangabad- Maharashtra. My ownership & accountability is with Operations setup, Sales and Service, Expansion, New Partner Acquisition and New Partner Onboarding, HR, Recruitment & Training, Receivable Management and P&L of the Company.

Manpower and placement consultant

- Help the branch team build a portfolio of CASA, Term Deposits and Investments Products as per the business objectives of the Branch.
- To implement high levels of quality of customer service initiatives to ensure client retention.
- Review branch operation reports,vault register reports, audit reports, branch registers on a regular basis and ensure necessary implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with banking rules, regulations & procedures.
- Manage branch administration through vendor management and proper upkeep of branch records and assets.
- Train and manage performance of a team of sales, operations and client service staff.
- Enable on the job training and continuous learning of the branch staff so that their knowledge on banking rules and regulations are up-to-date.
