Post retirement from Canara Bank, I was in-charge for developing a training establishment for them at Ranchi and conduct training programs for their in-house employees till October, 2018.Then I joined Utkarsh Small Finance Bank as their Banking Training Consultant and left in February, 2020 after onset of 2nd phase of COVID pandemic. At present I am on the panel of Canara Bank and RBI for conducting training sessions as and when required and also as freelancer for Banking & Finance Companies.

Managing recovery of bad debts, Coordinating Legal matters - Consumer Courts, DRT, DRAT, BIFR and High Court, Controlling Zone as Head of Rajasthan State, Resourcing Retail Business including CASA, Strategic Planning & Development and planning & execution of Business Process Re-engineering.

Heading Business Process Re-engineering Division of the Bank. To identify process areas requiring transformation to align with changing customer needs and preferences through analyzing the existing processes, customers' choice, technological advancement/support available and best practices of the industry. To design new liability/asset product to suit different segment of customers. Wherever required, to engage management consultants to avail outside expertise. To define the scope of work for the project with deliverable in specific timeline and monitoring the project for timely completion duly measuring the outcome as Project in-charge. Prior to the present assignment, I was Regional Head of Rajasthan state with over 100 bank branches driving overall business growth of the Bank in the region. Previously I headed Legal and Recovery vertical of Delhi region.
