Responsibilities:• Responsible for leading recruiting department efforts and recruitment surrounding candidates with Information Technology background.• Sourcing for IT professionals recruited include AWS, SharePoint, Security, PHP, UI/UX and C#.Net Developers, IT Help Desk, Linux/Unix engineers, Java etc. • Experience in IT Recruitment (US Process), working on W2 and Corp to Corp Requirements from Direct Clients, Implementation Partner and with Federal Clients.• Have experience working on position like, Application developer (Java, .Net, etc.), Database Specialist, Data Architect, Full Stack Developer, Software developer, Functional Analyst, Systems Engineer, Scrum Master, UI/UX etc.• Expertise in recruiting for contract, contract to hire and direct-hire.• Sourcing the right candidates for the requirements using different job portals (Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, and LinkedIn). • Experience with ATS like Outreach, iCIMS, JobDiva, Jobvite etc• Negotiation on rates and taking rate confirmation along with the non-compete agreements / Pre-interview agreements signed by the employers.• Submission of weekly performance reports to the Manager.• Setting up meetings with the principal for the opportunities offered by the company.• Works closely with hiring managers and senior staff to gather and support their hiring needs. • Experience recruiting cleared candidates, candidates for consulting assignments, and experience presenting and negotiating employment offers is needed. • Performs internet recruiting techniques, as well as networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research ways to identify passive candidates.• Sources active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, and referrals.• Excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills.• Personable, easy going, creative, flexible, professional, team player, and ability to work independently in a technically challenging, fast paced environment.
