Talent Acquisition Manager
Current- Implementing Talent Management strategies and initiatives for accounts in alignment with strategic business goals.
- Responsible for hiring the candidates for Sales, CS, BD, Healthcare, IT, Pharma, finance & non-IT clients. Identify and engage with the candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional.
- Maintaining a talent pool of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to make informed decisions regarding compensation packages and recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with the hiring managers to design effective interview processes to be in line with the company's values and objectives.
- Collect and analyse recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for efficiency in the talent acquisition process.
