Role:• Functioning as Project Leader for optimizing resources like chemicals and reagents used in QA lab • Managing Incoming raw material and dispatch production• Stock control of raw material and production• Undertaking activities related to analysis of:o All fertilizer materials like Urea, SSP, MOP, MAP, DAP, Gypsum & NPK Fertilizer o Minerals like Feldspar, Sand, Dolomite, Lime Stone, Zircon, etc. o Various chemicals like Sodium Carbonate, Potassium Carbonate, Sodium Nitrate, Potassium Nitrate, Zinc Oxide, Cobalt Oxide, Litharge, Zinc Oxide, Sodium Antimonate, etc.o Glasses like Opal, Panel Glass, Funnel Glass, Soda Lime Glass, Fiber Glass, etc. o Other various miscellaneous samples like Sodium Hydroxide, Alum, Sodium Hypochlorite, Hydrochloric Acid, Hydrofluoric Acid, etc. • Serving as an active member of Apex Safety Committee, Plant Safety Audit Team and 5’S’ Committee• Looking after mold plating solutions & various water samples • Handling activities related to:o Documentation, compilation and data / trend analysis of all analysis reportso Storage & dispatch and routine documentation on SAP & My SAPo Execution of hazard identification & risk assessments, environmental aspect & associated impacts and developing methods for its control as per hierarchy of controlo Implementation, training and documentation of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007• Analyzing training needs; designing training modules and organizing training programs for employees of QA Department• Monitoring & handling raw material calibrating granular and blending equipment to ensure that material are fed in to the system as per the formulation• Accountable for:o Labor handling, dispatch of finished products to neighbour country, confirmation and follow up with officials o Analyzing/reviewing raw materials & finished products received at part before the material is shipped to destinationPREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
