Provide shipment instructions to the manufacturers. Coordination with the transporter, CHA, and forwarders. Create and submit the master and house bill of ladings before time. Keep planning the Excel sheet from time to time and upload the final documents to the Google Drive folder as per the shipment plan. Follow up with the manufacturer to get a timely update on the status of the goods. Raise invoices with the manufacturer and follow up for payment.
