Frequently traveled in 10 major cotton-growing states across to monitor the activities of Producer Units and support the evaluation of projects & active lead in the training of Implementing Partners.Highlights: Contributed to increase the partnerships/ scale of the projects & expansion of better cotton farmers in the central India region (Maharashtra, Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh) during my tenure. Led all the activities for coordination & implantation of agronomic demonstrations across pan India during my tenure at BCI.

Worked as an Agronomist at Government of Maharashtra’s Convergence of Agriculture Interventions in Maharashtra (CAIM) Programme assisted by International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) & Sir Ratan Tata Trust (SRTT) is being Implemented in distressed districts of Vidharbha.program management of the Sustainable Agriculture component. This includes overseeing and coordinating of grant management, midyear/annual reports all the monitoring and evaluation activities including designing database systems, M&E tracking of indicators and output activities.Highlight: Steered all the activities related to program management & Carried out specific sectoral analysis to bring improvement in the execution of sustainable agriculture-related activities in the project. As an Agronomist implemented sustainable farming initiatives for soybean, cotton, pigeon pea crops with the small and marginal farmers belonging to 186,000 households from the project area.

Worked as a Project Coordinator - Agriculture & Animal Husbandry at Deshbandhu & Manju Gupta Foundation, Dhule Sister Concern of (Lupin Human Welfare and Research Foundation) under “Change IndiaProgramme” Main objective of this programme is Socio-economic up gradationof rural poor families. This is a participatory programme tocover 1.67 Laks families from the rural area of the Dhule district.

Worked as a Senior Research Fellow under the “Efficient Land Use Based Integrated Farming System for Rural Livelihood Security in Aurangabad,Dhule and Gondia Districts of Maharashtra” sponsored by Indian Council of Agriculture Research, Funded by World Bank New Delhi and implemented at villages viz; Zendeanjan and Laghadwal in Shirpur and Sakri tahsils of Dhule districts.
