An expert in problem resolution, if you have a problem, my passion is to find a solution that fits you and your need.I have worked in the alternative asset management industry (AAMI) for over 18 years. In my current role, I am responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships and understanding and anticipating client needs, and addressing them before they become urgent. I also assist clients on any technical matter that arises and work collaboratively with internal team members, clients, and their auditors to resolve the matter in a timely and smooth fashion. I am also responsible for building, nurturing, and growing business networks to bring new business to the company. Prior to joining Piedmont, I was a financial statement auditor for a big four accounting company as well as one of the top second-tier accounting company. I have a total of 15 years of public accounting experience. My industry specialization lies in medium to large clients within the AAMI. I have over fifteen years of audit experience with over thirteen years of experience serving clients within the alternative asset management industry focusing on private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, commodity pool operators, fund of funds, and asset management companies. I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and am a licensed CPA in the state of New York and Virginia. I am also a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiner and am a non-licensed CFE. I graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting with an emphasis in finance.
