Started the career as Trainee Service Engineer. Very satisfied with numerous achievements in the entire stint in Cummins. Headed most of the key departments of engineering organization from Service- Manufacturing, Production, SCM , Inventory control, Project Managements (new Plan Establishments- 4), ERP Project management (5 implementations),Marketing & last but not least is the Master skill in salvage technique development in Re-Manufacturing process. Many more achievements such record monthly production, Inventory reduction, zero customization etc helped not only me to grow but also helped organization to grow and compete in the market.
