- Manage on a daily basis a portfolio of companies under the supervision of the Corporate Services team. - Compliance of files with relevant laws of Mauritius and compliance with internal control procedures. Keeping records of statutory files and updating of information on relevant IT system- Opening of accounts with institutions (Banks, Custodian, Brokers) including liaison and follow up. - Monitoring operations of the account, wire transfer instruction, any other forms as required by bank and clients.- Liaison with clients, auditors, local authorities, banks and other stakeholders.- Follow any other internal procedures and perform any other related duties.- Ensure customer satisfaction and delivery.- Respond to clients’ inquiries- under supervision- whether by telephone or in writing in a timely and courteous manner.- Drafting of directors & shareholders resolutions and attending meetings & drafting minutes of meeting.- Preparing and effecting statutory filings with the local authorities.- Attending in-house and mandatory workshops and relevant trainings.- Contributing ideas to improve processes to either gain efficiencies or reduce risk.
