Job Profile:Maintenance and Capex In-charge Potlines1. Achieving best performance of operation and maintenance of process plant and make action plans with target dates to meet production plan.2. Review and analysis of system and team performance through daily & monthly reports, implementation of best safety practices, 5S, ISO, FMEA, RCFA and Asset Optimization techniques for continuous development.3. Plan and execute improvements projects, contracts handling, Capital expenditure projects execution starting from planning, cost estimation, finalization of contract, on-site execution and project completion with commissioning as per Operational requirements.4. Stabilization of maintenance activities with detailed planning and auto procurement system for availability of spares & resources.5. Maintaining balance of Operational and Maintenance activities for achieving highest plant deliverable.6. Team Coordinator between Reduction Services and Pot-lines Operations requirement.7. Blue print preparation Plant MES for synchronizing IT network with PLC network for remote accessing and auto notification generation in SAP.8. Successfully completed Alumina Supply Capital Expenditure development projects of approved budget 6 Million USD as Project In-charge.9. Currently working as Project In-charge for rail logistic infrastructure development and unloading facility for unloading of raw materials. Starting from conceptualization, cost estimation, expression of interest, contractor finalization and negotiation, planning and project scheduling, execution and handover to operations as per PG test. Allocated budget 5.5 Million USD.10. Planning and implementation of energy conservation initiatives in Potlines Auxiliary power. 11. Best achiever and awarded STAR of Business.Specialties: Plant Startup as per international standards considering PG tests, safety, design. Planning & Maintenance of a running plant as per maintenance schedule, breakdown maintenance and spares planning.
