• To configure, maintain and troubleshoot Windows 2012, 2016 and 2019 Servers. • To configure, maintain and troubleshoot physical servers (HP ProLiant DL360 Gen9, HP ProLiant BL460c Gen10 and more.) and ESXi Hosts.• Working on VMware vSphere 6.x environment & managing ESXi Servers across multiple DCs. • Server commissioning and decommissioning as per client’s request.• Coordinating Power Outages and Scheduled Maintenance activities at DCs and remote sites. • Managing domain user accounts, groups and access rights using Active Directory. • Working on File and Print Server Issues.• Working on issues related to DNS and DHCP.• Working on requests for IP reservation and scope creation on DHCP servers.• Working on requests related to Azure (creating new server, increasing disc space, taking snapshot, managing Azure AD, Managing and creating Azure subscriptions and resource groups.• Managing EC2 instance in AWS including Network Security groups for allowing inbound and outbound network traffic on servers as requested.• Managing roles and access within Azure and AWS infrastructure.• Generating Reports on Daily, Weekly and Monthly Basis.• Supported multiple short-term & long-term projects which are primarily categorized as implementation work- based on creation and deployment.• Handling issues related to OU and Group Policies. • Follow up with the concerned team for timely resolution.• Working with the end users by the taking complete ownership of the issue and getting the issue fixed for the user by coordinating with multiple teams if required.
