*TENDERING , COSTING & ESTIMATION*◆ Preparation of Tender Documents for EPC, Lumpsum & Design & Build Projects and Study of tender documents for Item rate, Cost plus Projects◆ Detailed Rate Analysis, Profit & Overheads calculations◆ Proposed project planning and Procurement planning for men, material & machinery◆ Preparation of Project Specific Presentations comprising project schedule, Construction Sequence, Resources Deployment, Logistics, Cash-flow, EHS Plan, Quality Plan, organization planning, escalation matrix, Shuttering flow,procurement planning◆ Co-ordination for services like Electrical, HVAC, Fire fighting, PA/FS System, IBMS, Lifts, Water treatment plant, EOTcranes, etc◆ Identification and recording of the assumptions / exceptions / deviations made for the preparation of cost estimate and technical proposal◆ Tender Evaluation, Negotiation, attending Prebid meeting and Negotiations meetings◆ Coordination with Various departments like Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC and EHS within the company for specific departmental inputs*CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT*◆ Pre-qualification of contractors & study of tender documents, contract documents◆ Preparaton of Contract Documentation and Contract Workorder, agreement◆ Floating enquiries, negotiations with vendors, preparation of Recommended Item Rates and analysis of quotes◆ Coordination for Issuing Purchase Orders, monitoring their performance and vendor evaluation for future project◆ Ensure the variations to the POs are approved as per the prescribed process. Incorporate the updated value of POs in the cost statement on a regular basis◆ Analyzing the time & cost over runs, preparation of Claims with due justifications for presenting to clients◆ Trouble shooting in site during critical circumstances and supporting the project sites for contractual obligations.
