Handling store operations, managed Inventory, shrinkage controlling, expenses controlling, preparation of all day/month/year end reports monitoring and correction, handling staff/training/development & interviewing/hiring new staff, well merchandising with good visibility to customers, attending meetings to other stores SMs, taking initiative of handling 7stores Sales/Audit/staff/organising training/ admin works to supporting management, supporting to company persons when visiting time, time management, taking disciplinary action when things goes wrong, emergency supporting to management, doing excellent communication with every moment, doing staff meeting about sales ups/down, cross selling suggestions, where lacing/loosing and how to recover that, good maintenance of warehouse and display category wise, utilities every corner in store, taking suggestion or giving feedback to superiors, maintain damaged/leakage/breakage/expired/theft reports/records accordingly & maintain every staff discipline in operation time.
