• Working on and contributing to software improvements (products, processes, methods, tools), design inspection and code review• Providing third level incident escalation support to the Technical Support Group for customization problems• Coordinating with the client and cross-functional operations teams to identify and manage improvement activities• Designing and writing automated functional and unit tests; supporting developers in troubleshooting system issues along with monitoring system-level integration
