PMO Lead - CT Console.

The Personal Health business has set up the Connected Digital Proposition to cater to the Digital technology road map in the connected and non-connected propositions in the IoT space using Wifi and Bluetooth technologies. This business unit caters to verticals such as Kitchen Appliances, Personal care, Oral Health care, Mother and Child care & Health Care. In 2015, Philips OHC was working on a new vision, evolving from best-in-class power toothbrushes (Sonicare), to a new digital eco-system to enable new applications and new business models, including eCommerce, social engagement and better oral health (ultimately systemic health). During the first year, focus was on handle, Bluetooth communication and algorithm development in app (from sensor data to brushing coverage), as well as localization for global market roll out. The app was recognized at IFA as major innovation, and reached 4.8* at App store. Android version reached 1500 different device types.In 2018, the portfolio included 3 product ranges, including service and solutions in the teledentistry , insurance and subscriptions spaces, and data exchange to multiple parties under GDPR. This is a stepping-stone towards full omni-channel and integration of data streams in professional health care solutions.

The Remote Service Solutions group (GCS), and taking care of the Zeppelin Program. Zeppelin is a global program across the Philips Healthcare Global Customer Service organization, designed to provide a life cycle managed, standardized PC platform, enabling our global mobile Service workforce to professionally and efficiently provide on field and remote support and services to our customers. Also, managed large Infrastructure/Operations projects. Successfully migrating large infrastructure tools such as CITRIX & SCCM (MS System Centre Configuration Manager).

Implemented and migrated their project planning & control tools from Artemis - Innate - Clarity. Ensured budgets and resource plans are within KPI metrics. Created a web based resource planning tool for the entire R&D bangalore site, which is being used even to this day. Improved work flows and created a governance structure for the PMO workflows.

Working with Global Gaming Company Electronic Arts (EA) for setting up of their Global PMO. I was involved in Implementing PMO practices across studios with operational support to carry out financial analysis of investment on a monthly basis. This role involved constant interaction with the Client Project Managers for implementing effective cost processes and implementing IT Governance and Program management Processes using Clarity and financial roll ups.
