I am an analog layout designer with expertise in technologies from 40nm to 22nm. My work focuses on creating high-performance layouts for analog and mixed-signal ICs, including Low Dropout Regulators (LDO), Bandgap References (BGR), operational amplifiers (op-amps), Phase-Locked Loops (PLLs), and SERDES circuits. I ensure precise matching, minimizing parasitics, and delivering compact designs to ensure reliability and optimal performance. For SERDES designs, I focus on minimizing jitter and signal loss by routing high-speed differential pairs, managing crosstalk, and ensuring signal and power integrity to support high-speed data transmission. My responsibilities include optimizing layouts for manufacturability, performing Design Rule Check (DRC) and Layout Versus Schematic (LVS) verification, and collaborating closely with design teams to meet the demands of advanced technology nodes.
