Implemented the processes, monitored them, fine-tuned them and facilitated to evolve them over time to suit organizational paradigms . Headed an E2E Digital Transformation Project where the entire platform was built on the core business and technology objectives of - scale, security and cost. The whole platform including infrastructure, a responsive web application (Back-end and front-end) and mobile native apps were reimagined, re-designed, developed in-house and were deployed successfully which cater to more than a million customers. Setup an Enterprise level CICD framework for facilitating a seamless and a quick-to-market product development and deployment cycle. I was also an active blockchain and Bitcoin evangelist and conducted and spoke at several meetups across the country over the span of 2+ years.

Managed the Digital Marketing & Digital Channels team of Digital Enterprise Services and Solutions’ (DESS) of Bangalore delivery center. Responsible for Business / account growth, Client engagement, delivery management, competency development and resource fulfilment. I was also the Agile change agent for the team undertaking Agile transformation initiatives.

Helped the TCS - L&G team in their journey towards Agile Transformation by setting up an E2E Agile/ Scrum framework and defining new processes, protocols and related artifacts along with required infrastructure. Also guided and mentored Scrum teams on their respective project’s / program’s execution from the stages of Product envisioning till deployment.

Guided a cross-functional team as a ScrumMaster through the Product envisioning, solution design and planning phases of an insurance product and successfully executed the planned sprints to deliver the features and functionalities of the product.

I was part of E2E delivery of a multi-million dollar program which built and deployed 53 websites intended to serve Premium Card Members of American Express and its partners across 23 different international markets over a period of 4+ years. I had contributed to the delivery of these websites in various capacities and roles including Sr. Business Analyst, ScrumMaster® and as an Application consultant.I was also an Innovation champion for the team accountable for brainstorming ideas, guiding teams in building POCs and packaging them as products and proposing the same for the business teams for their evaluation and adoption.
