Fellowship under IIT Madras- Deakin University(Australia) Center Of Excellence program on the topic 'Thermal stability of AlxCoCrFeNi(x= 0, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1.0) high entropy alloy manufactured by mechanical alloying and spark plasma sintering processes ' under the guidance of Prof B.S.Murty ( IIT Madras). An internship at National Mineral Development Corporation(N.M.D.C) R&D,Hyderabad and skilled in studying various units of Mineral Beneficiation, Mineral Characterization’s techniques, resolving the problems associated with bulk material flows and extensive research on Coke and Iron Ore Analysis. Actively involved designing mineral beneficiation plant flow sheet during my training period.Technical orientation at DMRL, Hyderabad and well equipped with the working of different advanced machinery like Laser Engineered Net Shaping(LENS), thin film coating based instruments, various microscopic technique and many other advanced equipments at DMRL, Hyderabad. Sound knowledge exposure to different problems in the field of research in the present defence research and development and some basic idea on the solution hence worked on these problems.Industrial visit to Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (Foundry section) and obtained sound knowledge on different castings, pattern designing & functioning of various induction furnacesVisit to Rasi Refractories Private Limited and obtained manufacture of refractories of different grades of materials of intricate shapes.Visit to Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited and sound knowldge on process of Plasma arc welding, manufacturing of synthetic welding electrodes and titanium extraction process.Visit to Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (Vizag Steel Plant) – Acquired training during the renovation of blast furnace and detailed analysis on cooling systems as well as studying refractory linings especially the carbon block lining.Aiming to be an hard working Metallurgist interested in serving to the research and industrial field.
