Underwrite the Loan Application for the Education. Assess the risk associated with the student and their co-applicant to fund the loan. In order to risk analysis we speak to Student and their Co-Applicants over phone to understand the requirements and their earning and repayment capabilities. For that we ask several questions to them to investigate the facts. Manage the Team of Credit Department of Bangalore branch and make sure of smooth functioning of the Credit Department. Train the credit team & Sales team about the product & process. Prepare the required Business Report for the management.

 Cater the services to the Premium Broker of the Bank and provide proper consultancy to them by assessing the applications of the customer based on 4 C’s of underwriting and do complete risk analysis on the application based on APRA(Australian Prudential Regulation Authority) guidelines. Suggesting suitable product and the risk profiling of the customer. For this we follow the following steps: Maintain & improve the client’s relationship by providing prompt services with the desirable products, solutions and services. Along with these responsibilities I also help the management to generate the MIS report using MS-Excel related to the processes. Based on the report they take decision on the process improvement. Following are the reports I generate:o Preparing Weekly Metrics / Monthly Client dashboard report and internal management reports.o Consolidating daily Production report, Team accuracy report, and Error analysis report and Quality Tracker by using Excel Function and tools.o Assist Line Manager with project scheduling, dependencies, variance reports, managing impacts, resource forecasts.

 Key account management of the given clients and to provide proper consultancy to them by suggesting different loan products as per the need and interest of the borrower and the eligibility, recommend which modification should be offered to them. Review loan for HAMP and Non HAMP modifications as per the US Federal’s guidelines. Doing complete financial analysis of the existing borrower to determine the modification eligibility by analyzing the documents (Income Verification, Review Credit Score, Asset Verification).  Maintain & improve the client’s relationship by providing prompt services with the desirable products, solutions and services. Apart from routine work, my responsibilities also includes providing leadership to the day-to-day business operations of the given team, while maintaining focus on the Company’s strategic goals. Also I provide process training to new joined colleague.

Providing advanced analytical support to the company’s Loan Servicing business and assist the senior management in making various business decisions.Research and compilation of answers for informational requests from customers. Generate reports for process analysis as required by senior management to optimize the Process performance.

Design and develop the Production information system using SAP-ABAP/4, which include the task of finding out and freeze the internal users’ requirements, studying the legacy system, design & develop the reports on the basis of the requirements, getting the developed reports verified and then finally release the system.
