My KRA is to migrate the processes for 7 entities of APAC region to Bangalore & see the smooth transition of the same, train & motivate the team & to see to that the process is stabilised in Bangalore. Set up the governace with the business partners.

I was responsible for the accounting, valuation & reporting(p&l, risk & regulatory) to FO, Risk management for the capital markets products traded in Treasury of International Banking locations like USA & Bahrain. Additional responsibilities are compliance & reporting to the FO about the portfolio performance & monitoring of various risk metrics. Also delivered the automation for reporting & reconciliations processes.

I was part of Project & Process team based out of Mumbai. I was responsible for designing & implementing the formats / processes for product Retail warehouse receipt Finance-RWRF & Bulk warehouse receipt Finance-BWRF to be implemented at all the 25+ Retail Operations Group(ROG) pan India.Additionally was responsible to interact with internal stake holders (Sales, product & Credit team) in designing the process for OPS team.I was also involved in improvements of softwares like electronic Commodity Based Finance (eCBF), Finacle & CRM.I was involved in training of the team about the processes, formats & software to the ROG team.

I was in charge of Credit & operations for products Retail warehouse receipt & Bulk warehouse receipt for Bangalore region. Had a portfolio of 120+ Cr. Responsible for assessing & setting up of limits for the channel partners & disbursing the loan to the farmers / traders / wholesale agents / stockists through the channel partners with the assistance of a team(4-members).I was also responsible for MIS, Audit & compliance for both the products.
