Responsible for supporting the Center Manager in the day-to-day operations of the center.- Managing and supervising the work of the staff and volunteers- Ensuring that the center is clean, organized, and well-maintained- Assisting with student enrollment and registration- Providing excellent customer service to parents and students- Ensuring that students are progressing through the Kumon program at an appropriate pace- Preparing and analyzing reports on center performance- Assisting with marketing and promotional activities- Maintaining accurate records and files
