Worked in Insurance portfolio, specializing in defect free delivery of large, complex technology-dependent programme.Led the team for customer Prudential, and later went onto lead the implementation programme for Amal (Malaysia). Involved in successfully transitioning 16 FTE (Full time equivalent) from UK to Mumbai saving £640,000 per year to the client, apart from helping successful delivery of various other projects.

Prior to his tenure at Mastek, Hemant was a senior consultant at Silverline Technologies Limited. He played a lead role in presales and related activity. He also helped the successful development and testing of the first multi-dimensional, multi-million dollar web based project in Silverline. Hemant was involved in the company’s recruitment.

Hemant helped the company in the recruitment drives, training, creating and filling reference document. He also helped leading and developing COM utilities, using technologies like VB, ASP, HTML, MS SQL, C, C++, Crystal Reports and technologies like Component Object Model (COM) and Distributed Component Object Model (DCOM). He also got exposed to testing activities and used SQA Team test, Mercury Test Director and Rational Robot.
