In my good career of 3 decades I have substantial experience in multiple technologies, and many activities of software related organizations, as also a bit of manufacturing.I use these to make goals, strategy, products and offerings, their go-to-market, and to see their design, development and delivery get done right.I specialize in balancing just enough effort (expense, investment) with gtm tactics of incremental value, such that a business can be grown with minimum investment while gaining customers' trust.Of course, the above path is not universally applicable, and that is where our collective minds and acumen, instinct and experience are useful to do the (seemingly) right thing for a given situation.I am known for rapidly transforming products to ride over/with unexpected inputs from the customer, market or internal stakeholders.
