CurrentAxiata Digital Labs is the technology hub of Axiata Group Berhad Malaysia which is one of the leading groups in telecommunication in Asia. • Managing IT operation support, Local support & Asia user (including Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, and Philippines. • Ensure adequate process and procedures in place for communicating IT change/outage/emergency activities to the organization.• Maintain accurate records of each asset, including serial numbers, specifications, and acquisition dates.• Guided My team members and keep update for all IT related policy and Procedures. • Efficiently order IT equipment based on established requirements and vendor relationships.• Collaborate with vendors to resolve procurement and warranty-related issues.• Implement a tracking system to monitor the movement and usage of IT assets.• Creating, updating, and maintaining IT process according to 'Best Practices" to ensure high user satisfaction and effective IT delivery model.• Utilized financial forecasting techniques to predict potential budget deviations and adjust plans accordingly.• Prepared detailed budget reports for presentation to senior management and stakeholders.• Collaborate with Subsidiary company IT Team, to assist all Group IT projects. • Creating the organization's IT budget collaboratively, engaging with various business divisions, senior executives, and essential personnel.• Effectively navigate and resolve divergent priorities, deliverables, and timelines.• Tasked with managing the procurement and installation processes for computer systems and printers.• Provided end-user assistance encompassing application support and resolution of general computer-related issues.
