In this job position, I work as a Product Designer, focusing on ArzinjaV2.One of my main tasks was to thoroughly review the features of ArzinjaV1 and improve them, along with designing new features. To identify and define issues with ArzinjaV1, we utilized various methods including questionnaires, interviews with both existing and new users, and leveraging Google Analytics data.To understand user needs and create new features for ArzinjaV2, we conducted interviews with project stakeholders and some users, and based on their needs, designed new features for ArzinjaV2.
