I'm thankful to my previous client organisation (HP)... it was a great platform for me to kickstart my career and i learnt a lot here which showcases my skills.And friendly environment and team.very supportive work team.▪ Verifying legal requirements like Vendor name and Address, Ship to Address, Bill to name (HP Inc.)Purchase Order Number, VAT ID, Our VAT ID, Tax%, Local currency, Freight related terms and conditions.▪ Process Purchase order and Non-Purchase order-based invoices to make the payments by using SAP Accounting Tools (SAP & S4 Hana).▪ Taking necessary action for fallout documents getting from RPA (Robotics Performance Automation)▪ Highlighted the incorrect scanning region code, unclear images with front office through RTP.▪ An invoice will be rejecting by doing RTV (Return to Vendor) when legal requirements are not met with the current compliance.▪ Updating and Reviewing the Follow up documents, RTP/Rescan and RTV log sheet on daily Basis.▪ Follow up with buyer/requestors for invoice/credit note quires and clearing the issues within the specified time period.
