As a Senior Manager of Implementation Services at LogicGate, I lead a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional onboarding experiences for our clients. During my time at LogicGate, I have also played a pivotal role in standing up and operationalizing a Partner Success function, a cornerstone of our channel acceleration strategy. With a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement, I work closely with our partners to enable them to become experts in Risk Cloud so that they can confidently deliver implementations that position our mutual customers for long term success and adoption! Prior to LogicGate, I spent 7 years in EY’s Risk Consulting practice helping clients to optimize their risk management processes and achieve compliance objectives. Through this experience, I witnessed firsthand the pitfalls of relying on manual processes and outdated technology, perpetuating a reactive rather than proactive approach to risk management. This unfortunately fosters a culture that perceives risk management as burdensome and tedious, rather than a strategic asset. At LogicGate, we are reshaping the narrative around risk, empowering our clients to harness our comprehensive Risk Cloud platform to proactively manage risk with confidence!
