In this role, I report to the Managing Partner / Management Committee as an integral member of the Senior Leadership team, responsible for a large budget, overseeing infrastructure, network, security, ISO standards, cyber security and application and development. I have led the technology strategy of the organisation over 1-3 years, covering application development, infrastructure, and service delivery aligned with the firm's objectives. I have established, developed and upheld collaborative partnerships with other business leaders including Programme Management, Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations and Legal departments to understand their challenges and ensure an aligned approach.I therefore lead, coach and mentor a multidisciplined team of 15 prioritising their professional development to ensure skills are built in-house and actively ensuring a culture of continuous improvement. I have led the transition to new systems and internal infrastructure including spearheading the strategy to implement a backup solution to the cloud to remove legacy tapes. I prioritised security and commenced an ongoing improvement programme, implementing risk management and cyber security best practices aligned to CIS18 controls and ISO27001.

As a Senior Manager in IT Service Delivery, I led the initial Project 280 technology workstream which was a London relocation project with a significant Technology capex expenditure from infrastructure, networking, audiovisual, security and Building Management System/Smart App. I partnered with the COOs across different locations to devise a unification strategy covering the coordination and architecture of technology solutions and applications to integrate processes and procedures, streamline activities, and deliver productivity improvements.I matrix managed a range of projects including WIN10 Deployment, Office relocation projects, Belfast, Brussels, Antwerp and London interim moves. I identified continuous improvement opportunities by introducing process mapping, conducting analysis of services, gaps in key processes and integration of activities, across incident and problem management, service and hardware requests. I also established and developed relationships with key stakeholders to understand their support needs to maximise the IT stability for the user base. I oversaw and managed all services from the 1st, 2nd line and 3rd line IT support desks across On-Site Support and processes such as Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Knowledge Base and CMDB. I liaised with senior colleagues on the performance of the IT service desk including providing comprehensive reports, analysis, and performance improvement initiatives. I was also a Key member of the Global Change Advisory Board while also devising, implementing and embedding a robust governance framework.
