• Accountable for development and implementation of sales plans which deliver sales growth, both volume and revenue, in order to achieve division objectives and targets • Operating Income Management: Manage pricing in order to achieve profitability targets, COGS targets and achieve the required price growth. Manage direct and indirect costs in order to achieve division targets.• Sales Channel and Distribution management - Identify, implement and manage distribution channels that provide extensive sales coverage and effectively reach the end-user customers in order to achieve the division objectives and targets.• Manage the distribution agreements, incentive programs, marketing programs, merchandising programs and defining the end-user customer service level experience.• Measure and analysis the distributor performance in terms of 3M comparative growth, share of sales, market coverage and sales team performance and implement corrective action if necessary.• Develop and manage distributor rebate programs which are aligned with the division objectives and targets and instil the desired customer and distributor behavior• Build strong relationships with industry experts, associations, market influencers, end-user customers and distribution partners• Drive initiatives and programs to create awareness of the 3M brand, in addition to positioning 3M as the preferred supplier at end-user customers and distribution partners • Coaches, trains and mentors the sales & marketing team to obtain commitment, ongoing development of talent and maximising team performance.• Build and maintain relationships throughout the 3M global organisation, sharing best practices and introducing new ideas, methodology and concepts to the divisional sales & marketing team
