I have completed my summer internship with Synchron Global, a major semiconductor distributor dedicated to promoting development and innovation in India's semiconductor sector.During my internship, I conducted in-depth research to identify a platform for optimizing video production, created 18 training videos with animations and voice modulation using Steve.io and Canva, and led an employee engagement activity by showcasing these training videos and gathering feedback, achieving a 75% satisfied response rate from employees.

I was a member of Imprintz, the HR Club at Nirma University. It was an incredible journey filled with learning, growth, and meaningful contributions.One of the standout experiences was designing a comprehensive training program for Entry-level positions, including onboarding, cross-functional, and on-the-job training for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) and Management Trainees (MTs). Watching them acquire the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in the industry was deeply fulfilling.Additionally, I had the exciting opportunity to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for 14 positions. This involved creating 4 detailed job descriptions, streamlining the initial screening process, handling negotiations, and conducting thorough reference checks.The experience at Adani Cements was truly eye-opening, allowing me to:Gain a firsthand understanding of the cement industry and its operations.Develop and refine my skills in training design, communication, and recruitment.Collaborate with diverse teams and navigate various organizational structures.Contribute meaningfully to the company's goals and objectives.

During my one-month internship at Milacron India, I gained valuable insights into various aspects of human resources, with a particular focus on the recruitment process. My project involved sourcing, screening, and selecting potential candidates for lateral hiring, where I successfully recruited mid-level managers in sales and service roles for Milacron India.Throughout this period, I:Sourced and screened around 45 resumes for Sales and Service Engineers.Communicated with candidates for initial screening and scheduled interviews.Maintained a tracker sheet that included candidates' personal and professional details.This experience allowed me to enhance my expertise in the recruitment process and contribute effectively to the organization.

While employed at SHARC Enterprises, I played a key role in managing the recruitment and selection process for lateral entry positions, as well as creating offer letters. I was part of the recruitment team for a greenfield project expansion, where I successfully filled 22 positions. My responsibilities included facilitating the initial screening of candidates by reviewing resumes and validating credentials, and scheduling interviews with Heads of Departments to streamline the hiring process.

During my first industry exposure as a Human Resources Intern at SHARC Enterprises, I gained a comprehensive understanding of the various verticals of Human Resources. I used platforms like Naukri.com to source candidates and assisted in scheduling and aligning technical interviews with departmental heads. I also managed the document verification process during the onboarding of new candidates, assisted in daily HR functions, including employee engagement and administrative work, and coordinated safety training programs for over 70 employees, which resulted in a 40% decrease in workplace incidents within six months.
