Overall Experience Summary :-•Looking the Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities like hydro test, rotomol, mech. Clearance of loops, pigging, card board blasting, degreasing, Refractory dry out, Alkali boil out of waste heat boilers, Management walkthroughs etc. and preparing unit for initial start-up.•Startup and shutdown activities. •Plant emergency handling.•Looking after all field operations in ATU, SWSU, GAS SWEETENING UNIT, SRU, TGTU and SPU on rotation basis.•Knowledge on Toxic gas handling (H2S, SO2).•Monitor and operate the equipment for safe and efficient operations.•Maintain control of equipment and activities in the area. •Troubleshoot plant operations and take corrective actions.•Coordinate activities with maintenance, safety and other departments.•Safe preparation of equipment for maintenance, enforcing the safety rules in area, and ensuring housekeeping and cleanup, and assisting engineering, technical and other groups working in area, during normal plant activities as well as shutdown activities.•Respect to safe work permit system, look after all activities in area, including, but not limited to, operation of the equipment, preparation for maintenance, preventive maintenance activities, monitoring equipment, minor maintenance, other routine duties etc.•Knowledge on emergency handling like fire, toxic gas release, leakage etc.EQUIPMENTS HANDLED :- • Thermal and Catalytic Reactors, • Fired Heaters and Furnaces, • Distillation column ( atmospheric column and vacuum column ), • Rotary drum dryer, • Air compressor and Ammonia chiller system, • Heat exchangers, • Centrifugal and reciprocating pumps, Water ring vacuum pumps, • Nutch filter, Plate and frame filter press, • Thermic fluid heating system, • Steam jet ejectors etc.STRENGTH :- •Can handle field operations independently.•Good Interpersonal, Management and Leadership skills.•Readiness to learn new technology.•Highly adoptable to new working environment.
