· Conducted comprehensive literature review on GaN FET-based eFuse circuits, overcurrent protection, fault detection algorithms, and current sensing techniques.· Developed circuit architecture considering load requirements, voltage ratings, and fault detection thresholds, while selecting optimal components and topology.· Designed fault detection algorithms, precise current sensing methods, and efficient gate driver circuitry for GaN FETs.

· All stages of product development were covered by the design, which included designing digital and analog circuits, schematic design of electronic circuits, and laying out printed circuit boards (PCBs)using Fusion 360.
