Reviewing artworks before approving final packaging to make compliant with food information regulations. Also ensuring food specifications are accurate before launching the products into store.

YGP Trading LTD is a company which started up in July 2012, I designed the branding for this company along with required stationary, such as, business cards, letterheads and compliment slips. I also designed for Greenwich Tavern, a pub owned by YGP Trading LTD. For the pub I have designed, menu templates, adverts, posters and hire packs.

Initial handling of all incoming telephone calls, dealing with volunteers’ queries. I was also responsible for contacting volunteers and informing them about upcoming clinical trials, providing basic information as to what the trials entails and then taking them through the initial screening process.

My key responsibilities here involved: operating tills, handling cash and accounts, making invoices, ensuring stock availability and helping customers.Working around the newsagent there is a lot of graphic design; from magazines to packaging and this again is another huge influence to my work as I spend a lot of time re-merchandising, creating new posters.

Here I learnt how print based projects are handled from the start of design right through to the final print. It taught me how documents need to be set up before being sent to print. I was set projects to complete, which included direct mail pieces and logo designs. The main project was to create a direct mail piece for Strohacker Creative to send out to.
