There are always a better way to achieve more and spend less by constantly improve and replace out-dated techniques, technologies and points of view.2016.02 - 2022.09: As an IT manager at Hong Ky group, I have reconstructed the entire enterprise computing and networking infrastructure from the ground up to meet tight productivity, security, reliability, durability and cost-reduction requirements. Some key achievements are Microsoft 365 migration, SAP Business One implemention, servers virtualization based on Proxmox VE and electronic warranty platform project.It is obvious that choosing the right personnels is the most important decision that any leader and manager at all levels and circumstances have to make. I believe that I am always the right decision.
