Comcast Cable Communications, LLC, doing business as Xfinity, is an American telecommunications business segment and division of Comcast Corporation.We use to assist consumer with troubleshooting of cable television, internet, telephone, and wireless services provided by the company.We provided information to the customer about internet plans, upgrading their plan, and technical support.We provided resolution via calls to different customers. It helped me to have better understanding about cultural psychology which induced me to achieve customer satisfaction and better efficiency at work.
