 Analyzing requisition received from originator.  Ensure suppliers are promise dating their delivery schedules and reviewing the 2 months look ahead of our production requirements Weekly have a KPI call with the clients to discuss the critical parts.  Work on production shortage report and spares shortage report. Handle shortage calls every day with the supplier on shortage parts. Long term relation is maintained with the supplier to have the parts on time, with good quality and with required standard set by the company. Electronically transfer the material from the production environment to our spare parts stores Review the optimal batch size order for our material flow as well as the supplier’s Review our critical safety stock Preparing MIS reports with a view to provide feedback to the management on performance Plan v/s Actual. Return to vendor is processed based on the liability. Identifying blocked and parked invoices and clearing payments to vendor for smooth relationship. Review the supplier work in process reports
