Responsible for the negotiation of 6 Collective Labor Contracts (CTM & CROC). Planned and developed mechanisms of massive Recruitment. Supervised the completion of the Training programs. In charge of the project for the homologation of job descriptions at all the amusement parks. Overall supervision of the payroll process. Elaborated and controlled the annual budget of the HR Areas for the different units of business. Acted as member of the Health & Safety Commission.
