Software consulting practice providing technology policy and system design recommendations directly to the Public Printer of the United States. The Public Printer is responsible for publishing all public government documents from all three branches of government in paper as well as electronic form. Served on a blue-ribbon panel recommending policies and technologies for moving from paper to electronic systems for Content Management . This includes scanning, capturing, managing and searching documents for the House of Representatives, Senate, Library of Congress, the Supreme Court and the White House. Successfully worked with academic institutions such as Wake Forest, Columbia University, Duke Law, University of Nevada and New York Public Library in developing a strategic technology vision for moving federal documents to an electronic distribution model for Content Management. As a policy/technical advisor to the Public Printer recommendations were provided to develop public policies that now allow for electronic official and authentic digital content to be recognized by the U.S. Supreme Court and the federal court system. Also worked with the Public Printer and the Government Printing Office CIO(Time Magazine's 2003 inventor of the year) to develop public policy and design electronic document systems that allowed for the electronic management of Congressional records. Managed many large scale implementations for Dish Network using Oracle and Teradata systems for company-wide Business Intelligence, Analytics and reporting systems.
