I was responsible for the management of Eepos IT Service, an American subsidiary company in Nepal. As an Office Manger/ iOS Team Lead, I worked on implementing agile development practices and mentoring team members in all project aspects for their growth. I was responsible to execute project work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. I was also leading the team of iOS developers. We were working on interesting projects targeted for global audience. As a team lead I was responsible for the quality of code, detecting issues and solving them to optimize code for application performance. We used mainly SWIFT for the development of applications. I also have strong background of development in Objective-C. My seven years experience in the field of iOS development have provided me confidence to take any kind of mobile application project and make it a successful application.
