Key Responsibilities:Leads design and creative strategy including motion and live-action directing for content production, immersive live-event experiences, and experiential activations. Supervises and manages multiple creative and production teams throughout the project cycle, from concept to delivery. Directs live action shoots with professional athletes and on-set talent, teams of live production staff. Translate marketing briefs into compelling creative projects for the Creative team.Creates brand recognition strategies and executes media campaigns.Creates a collaborative work environment with all creative and tech talent along with other outside vendors across the globe to develop the overall vision and creative direction for each project.Collaboration with the Production and Creative departments to develop best practices for workflow and communicationResponsible for hiring and mentoring the creative team to develop and retain a high performing team of top-quality talent.Develops budgets, production workflows and consistently delivers projects on-time and on-budget.
